Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are:
- Unused and in original condition.
- Returned with original packaging, tags, dust bag, and presentation box.
- Free from damage, marks, stains, or signs of wear.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items.
