How It's Made

Nothing that doesn't do a job.

Aircraft don't carry decoration. Every gram costs fuel, so every part on board has to earn its place. We build the same way. If a component can be removed and nothing is lost, it shouldn't have been there.

01 — Every part works. Take anything off and the cap gets worse. No dead straps, no fake panels, no patch that isn't a reinforcement.

02 — Weighed and stated. Seventy-eight grams, on the tag and on this page. We compete on it. Lighter at equal durability is simply better.

03 — Parts we name. Thread, closure, shell, sweatband — each specified by supplier. Anonymous components are how cost gets hidden.

04 — Tested, not claimed. Colourfastness, spray rating, closure cycles. Numbers on the product page, method named alongside.
